Return Eligibility
You have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return. Our products are digital desktop software, and to be eligible for a return, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must open a support ticket within the 7-day return window.
- You must provide your license key as proof of purchase.
- You must clearly explain the reason for the return.
- If applicable, you must provide visual or written documentation of any issues you encountered.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Open a support ticket on our website and provide your license key, the reason for your return, and any relevant documentation or evidence of issues (e.g., screenshots, error messages).
- Evaluation: Our support team will review your submission and may reach out for additional information if necessary.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will deactivate your license key, rendering the software unusable.
- Refund: Once your return is approved and processed, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain types of purchases may not be eligible for a refund:
- Products that have been significantly used or altered.
- Products purchased more than 7 days ago.
